Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the FMCA_PFC website at https://fmca-pfc.site and participation in the Project Formula Apex Championship (PFC1 / PFC2) on Roblox. By using the site, creating an account, or signing in with Roblox, you agree to these Terms.

Related documents: Privacy Policy.

1. The service

FMCA_PFC provides championship information and tools for the Formula Apex community: calendar, results, standings, news, broadcasts, driver profiles, and a driver-licence test. We may change or discontinue features without prior notice.

2. Accounts and Roblox sign-in

• You must provide accurate information and must not share your account.
• If you sign in with Roblox OAuth, we receive the identifiers Roblox grants to our app (typically OpenID and public profile: Roblox user ID, username, and display name) solely to create or link your FMCA_PFC account.
• We may suspend or restrict access for league-rule violations, abuse, cheating, spam, or security attacks.
• The admin panel is limited to authorised organisers.

3. Championship participation

Sporting regulations, stewarding, and disciplinary decisions are made by league organisers. Results and statistics published on this site are the public record for spectators and competitors. Joining a series also requires following the process described on the join page and in official Telegram channels.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, scrape in a harmful way, or bypass security of the site.
• Do not impersonate other drivers, teams, or staff.
• Do not post abusive, illegal, or cheating-related content.
• Track-limit exploits, unauthorised respawns, and other regulation breaches may lead to in-league penalties and account restrictions.

5. Content and intellectual property

Team logos, media, text, and site design belong to their respective owners. Copying materials without permission is prohibited, except personal non-commercial use with attribution to FMCA_PFC.

6. Broadcasts and social media

Participation in streams and clip publishing (Twitch, TikTok, YouTube and similar) may be subject to additional league rules. Offensive content, cheating, and harm to the community are not allowed.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. Organisers are not liable for hosting outages, third-party platforms (including Roblox and streaming services), or indirect losses.

8. Changes

The current version of these Terms is always published at https://fmca-pfc.site/terms-of-service. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
